Credit bureaus and creditors have the final say, and timelines may vary. Clients are paying for expertise and service, not guaranteed outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

- Payment Structure:

  After the consultation, clients must pay 50% upfront before services begin. The remaining balance is due once the dispute process begins. No refunds will be issued once the process has started.

- Documentation:

  Clients must provide all necessary documentation, including current credit reports and any relevant financial statements. Failure to provide required documents may delay the process. Clients must respond promptly to any additional requests.

- Communication:

  All communication will be conducted via Phone, Email, Discord & Zoom. Clients are expected to maintain professionalism during consultations and attend all scheduled appointments. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a rescheduling fee.

- Non-Refundable Fees:

  By engaging with Shakeback Global, you agree to the non-refundable nature of all fees and payments. Payments are due upfront and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  Shakeback Credit Solutions will initiate disputes with credit bureaus on your behalf. The process typically takes 30–90 days per round. Multiple rounds may be required to achieve the best possible results.

- Recommendations:

  Clients will be kept informed of progress, and additional steps may be recommended based on credit bureau responses. You are encouraged to review all updates and respond promptly to any requests.
