Client Agreement and Policies
- Monitoring Your Credit:
You are responsible for monitoring your credit reports and notifying Shakeback Credit Solutions of any changes or discrepancies that may affect the credit repair process
- Consultation Policy:
All consultations are mandatory and non-refundable. This fee covers time, expertise, and a personalized credit assessment. Payment is required upfront to secure your booking. A consultation is used to determine whether an account qualifies for credit repair services and to outline a tailored plan.
- Service Disclaimer:
While Shakeback Credit Solutions works diligently to dispute negative items, remove inquiries, and improve credit profiles, results are not guaranteed. Credit bureaus and creditors have the final say, and timelines vary. Clients are paying for the service and expertise, not a guaranteed outcome. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Payment Structure:
After the consultation, clients must pay half upfront before services begin. The remaining balance is due once the dispute process is underway. No refunds will be issued once the process starts.
- Documentation:
Clients are required to provide all necessary documentation, including current credit reports and any relevant financial statements. Failure to provide the required documentation may delay the process. Clients must respond to any requests for additional information promptly to avoid delays.
- Communication:
All communication will be conducted via email and Zoom. Clients are expected to maintain professionalism during consultations and adhere to scheduled appointments. If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a rescheduling fee may apply.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
By engaging with Shakeback Global, you agree to the terms outlined herein, including the non-refundable nature of consultation fees and payments. Payments are required upfront and are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Dispute Process Overview:
Shakeback Credit Solutions will initiate disputes with credit bureaus on your behalf. The dispute process typically takes 30-90 days per dispute round. Multiple rounds may be required to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Recommendations:
Clients will be kept informed of progress, and additional steps may be recommended based on the responses received from the credit bureaus. You are encouraged to review updates and provide any additional information promptly.
- Client Responsibilities:
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when requested. Ensure that all documents are submitted in a timely manner to facilitate the credit repair process.
